    Biography

    Biswaranjan Acharya (Senior Member, IEEE) received his M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Odisha, India, in 2012, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, Odisha, India, in 2024. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering-AI and BDA at Marwadi University, Gujarat, India. He also received a research fellowship at INTI International University from December 15, 2023, to December 31, 2025. He has more than ten years of academic experience at reputed institutions such as Ravenshaw University and has also worked in the software development industry. He has co-authored more than 85 research articles in internationally reputed journals, 10 edited books and serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he holds more than 50 patents. His research interests include multiprocessor scheduling, data analytics, computer vision, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He is currently serving as a secondary IEEE Computer Society representative to the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC) Administrative Committee and as an observer of the IEEE P2851 Standard for Functional Safety Data Format. He is also associated with various educational and research societies, including IACSIT, CSI, IAENG, and ISC.

    Madhu Shukla received her Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from RK University, Rajkot, India, in 2019. She is currently the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering—AI and Data Science Programs (UG and PG) at Marwadi University, Rajkot, India. With over 15 years of academic and administrative experience, she has made significant contributions to research, teaching, and curriculum development. Her research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, data stream clustering, and privacy-preserving algorithms in cloud environments. She has published extensively in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, covering topics such as AI in healthcare, explainable deep learning, and clustering algorithms. She has also chaired sessions at prestigious conferences and served on the technical program committees of several international events. Dr. Shukla is actively involved in mentoring Ph.D. scholars and has guided over 150 undergraduate projects. Her accolades include being recognized as a Certified Trainer by Oracle and receiving awards for excellence in teaching and research contributions.

    Chandreyee Chowdhury is a professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University, India. She received her Ph. D degree in 2013 from the university. Her research interests include machine learning, indoor localization, and human activity recognition. She was awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship by Erasmus Mundus in 2014 to carry out research work at Northumbria University, UK. She has published more than 130 research papers that contains more than 40 SCI-indexed journals including Q1 journals with above 10 impact factors. She was granted 2 software copyrights and 2 patents. She has successfully guided 5 Ph. D scholars. She has undertaken DST sponsored research project on Indoor Localization and currently working on a localization project funded by ISRO. She is a member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society.

    Harish Garg working as an Associate Professor at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, Punjab, India. He is ranked in the World's Top 2% Scientist List and India Rank #1 & World Rank #163 published by Stanford University in the consecutive five years 2020-2024. He received the Most Outstanding Researcher award in the field of Mathematics from Carrer 360 Academy. He is also the recipient of the International Obada-Prize 2022 – Young Distinguished Researchers. He is also the recipient of the Top-Cited paper by an India-based author (2015 – 2019) from Elsevier Publisher. He also serves as an advisory board member of the Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN). He is the Research Fellow of INTI International University, Malaysia. Dr. Garg's research interests include Computational Intelligence, Multi-criteria decision making, Evolutionary algorithms, Reliability analysis, Expert systems and decision support systems, Computing with words and Soft Computing. He has authored more than 530 papers (over 510 are SCI) published in refereed International Journals. His Google citations are over 27600 with H-index- 92. He is one of the leading researchers in the world related to the MCDM and soft computing approaches. Dr. Garg also serves on editorial boards of several leading international journals, this includes the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Computational and Cognitive Engineering. He is also the Associate Editor of Alexandria Engineering Journal, Journal of Industrial & Management Optimization, Machine Intelligence Research, CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, etc.Â
